  • Suggestion Defined: "Suggestion has been defined as a form of communicable ideation or belief, that once accepted has the capacity to exert profound changes on a person's mood, thoughts, perceptions and behaviors" (Halligan and Oakley, 2014, Hypnolinguistic).
